Massage Therapy

A massage is the manipulation of tissues with the hand or an instrument for therapeutic purposes. Our provider Andrea, who has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 8 years, specializes in deep tissue and Swedish massages, with add-ons such as cupping and hot stones. Therapeutic massages are medically proven to support your health and wellness by reducing stress, improving range of motion, and increasing circulation.

Services

Post-Surgery Lymphatic Drainage Massage - 30 Minutes

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a specialized massage technique that we recommend post surgery to help accelerate the patients recovery period. During a surgical procedure, lymphatic fluids can build up, which results in swelling. A lymphatic massage to areas of the body post-surgery, can stimulate the lymph nodes to drain any lymph fluid. This service is exclusive to our surgical patients.

Swedish Massage - 60 Minutes

A Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. This technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing tension in the muscles. A Swedish massage is more gentle than a deep tissue massage, and is better suited for people who are seeking relaxation and tension relief.

Deep Tissue Massage - 60 Minutes

A Deep Tissue massage involves applying firm pressure to reach deeper layers of the muscle. This technique is more commonly used for chronic aches and pain.

Add-ons

Cupping: Cupping is a safe, traditional treatment that helps resolve chronic muscle tightness and pain faster than massage therapy alone.

cupping

Hot Stones: A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that utilizes heated flat stones to help relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
