Deposits
$50 Non-refundable deposit
for aesthetic treatments estimated under $500. (This includes Botox, Xeomin, Dysport)
$200 Non-refundable deposit
for aesthetic treatments estimated $500 or more.
$750 Non-refundable deposit
for in office procedures/minor surgeries or hospital-based surgeries with our double, board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Elisa Burgess.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED IF:
- You no show for your appointment
- Cancel and/or reschedule under 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time.
- You are late and do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time. Your appointment will then be automatically marked cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
No Shows For Surgical Consultations
Consult Visit with MD: The consult fee is nonrefundable and will not be carried forward to future appointments. A newly scheduled consult will require another payment of a $200 consultation fee.
These policies are in place as we have prepared our supplies and have reserved a very specific amount of time for your special treatment or procedure. We are always doing our best to not interfere with the following patients’ scheduled appointment, as they too require a certain amount of time needed for their treatment.
You will be required to pay a new non-refundable deposit to reschedule. These deposits are non-transferable as they will be applied to your cancelled appointment.
